PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Processing is 1-2 days.
First Class Shipping is 2-5 business days(after processing time) unless a different shipping method such as Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express (overnight delivery) is selected and paid for by customer.
Tracking number will be provided.
We do not ship on Sundays, as USPS is closed.
We kindly remind you that once we drop off your package in USPS facility, we will have no control over the package anymore. Therefore we will not responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refund for items not received by a certain date. If you experience any issue with your package, please contact your local USPS facility.
We ship our items to all countries. Buyer is responsible for all custom costs and/or other payments that may apply.
For overseas buyers, please be warn that customs can delay packages up to 6 weeks, even though it is rare, but still can happen.

Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.
Measured from high point of shoulder from the back.
SIZE
T-shirts are true to size. Relaxed fit for ladies and they can order one size smaller for a further slim fit.
We provide size charts in each listing. Always check your size before placing order. We cannot do a refund or exchange if incorrect size is ordered.
REFUNDS
Because all items are custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
However, We will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please send us a proof. (A photo will work)
You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:

Text color is wrong.
Design is wrong.
Text is wrong.
